- Health information: Medical notes, visit history, and any information shared between patients and healthcare providers within the app.
- Communications: Messages or inquiries sent to our support team.

- Device information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage data: Pages visited within the app, features used, time spent, and clicks or interactions.
- Log data: IP address, browser type (for web access), and access timestamps.
- Notification tokens: Push notification tokens to send appointment reminders and alerts.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your Kliniq account and authenticate your identity.
- Enable appointment booking, scheduling, and real-time slot availability.
- Notify you of upcoming appointments, changes, or cancellations via push notifications or SMS.
- Allow doctors and clinic staff to access relevant patient appointment details within the app.
- Improve and personalise the Kliniq experience using AI-driven insights.

- Monitor and ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our systems.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan.
We do not use your health information for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.
3. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in the following circumstances:
3.1 Within the Platform
Appointment details are visible to the relevant clinic, receptionist, and doctor associated with a booking. Patient contact information is shared only as needed to facilitate care.
3.2 Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party companies to help operate our service, including cloud hosting, analytics, and messaging providers. These parties are contractually bound to protect your data and may only process it on our behalf.
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority in Pakistan or any applicable jurisdiction.
3.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.
